Enquiry on prepaid metre never attended to

Mogale city municipality is indeed a den of lazy ******s, firstly they will not do what they are supposed to do, that is to do metre readings, they will bill you on estimates then you will request them to at least be noble and install electricity metres so that you don't have to fight with them they will tell you that your enquiry has been sent to the manager but that manager will be nowhere to be found for feedback so which makes one wonder if the manager even exists! this is indeed a den of *******ion
