electricity cut off *******ly when payment was made

I have paid my electricity and my account to my agent where I rent as per the statement that I receive every month, I came home today to find my electricity been switched off. I have two small kids in the house and cant sit without my electricity. Every month I have to go to the offices of Mogale City and fight to find that the payment has been made and account is up to date by then they come and cut off my electricity, I can even send the proof of payment. Today is the 28 of September 2017 and my electricity was cut off but it was already been paid on the 22nd of September for October as per my statement received from the estate agent where I rent, My meat went rotten as my fridge is off and electricity off so I just want to know who is going to feed my two small boys and what will they eat. I also was not notified of this cut off. I just came home from work and found the power cut. This is not the first time as this has been done three months before. I then go to the Mogale city offices to find the account up to date and power cut. Then the power has to be re switched on and time is then wasted. I need this matter sorted asap as this is weekend and I cannot afford to sit with a small kid or for my matter two small kids without power which I have paid for but dont receive it. I will gladly send you the proof of payments but really I am getting tired of this
