Can you please help with the attached rates clearance which does not make sense to charge a pensioner so much money for water. Secondly the water meter which is installed is not the original meter which we used to have with a token to buy water, in 2017 our water meter was changed After we report that the meter was leaking water and people from water came and changed out meter from a normal blue meter with readings to this new brown meter without readings. We have never used up water for R81000 even with our old leaking meter because we used to buy R30 or up to R150 water since our mother is a pensioner. She has no business that consume water but R81000 is extremely disappointing to be imposed to a pensioner. MOGALE city water affairs
