bad service

<p>My father has two properties which one of them owes R22000 for the service .I went to mogale city townhall with my father to make an arrangement on how to pay for this amount</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told by the lady at credit control counter that the only time I can arrange with them ,is when the downpayment of R4487 has been paid .my father is a senior citizen and the person who resides in the 2nd property is unemployed but they told us that they need proof of income .</p> <p> </p> <p>We are really prepared to make a payment ,if we can be given a chance as we have a tenant who is paying R500.</p>
