Application and cost to install a prepaid meter .

Checked with surrounding minicipalities - Westonaria;Randfontein;Roodepoort .<br> <br> Cost estimate to install a council electrical pre-paid meter for above areas between R1800 To R2500.<br> <br> To my surprise the cost for a Mogale electrical pre - paid - and this not a definate as nobody can give you a clear amount seems to be between R6800 - R11000,00<br> <br> As consumer i am not satisfied that this can be the norm and difference excuse - said to be the box of a better quality that this can be the reason - I doubt.<br> <br> Mogale City seems not to promote the installation of pre-paid elect.What is the reason for this?<br> <br> Mogale City - How do you compare with the rest of the South African cities in this implementation and cost ?
