****** and threatening comments

Good day. I trust you are well.

I am writing this email to complain about one of the clients I assisted in scheduling for a fibre installation. It is an individual person who email contained- *** I am a sub contractor dispatcher. I assisted a client with a booking for his fibre installation on 15 Feb 2025. The client was scheduled for 09:00 , however due to unforeseen circumstances the team could not attend at the scheduled time and a team managed to attend later the day. It will not be fair toward an individual to expose any personal problems encountered ,hence I did not disclosue any issues,I merely got a team to assist. If I am in anyway wrong,I do appologize,but in my defense I did not ignore the client, I did not ignore his installation to take place ,I made another arrangements.

The client called me and at the time I was unable to take the calls and advised the client that I was unable to take his calls via text and that a team would attend to him and be incontact with him. Which the team did do.

The client was very persistent and eventually very rude,intimidating ,****** and eventually threatening. He also swore on a voice note. The client kept on with ****** comments several times, threatening to find me aswell.

Had the client advised that he could not wait for the team, he should have mentioned it to the team and another date and time could have been arranged. But he felt the need to keep on harassing.

I work with many different clients and never once have I encountered this time of behavior from anyone. If there is a problem in anyway as always experienced, we accommodate the situation. But not the way this client acted. We are all human and things do happen in life that are not always in our control.

The client was installed and activated later the day. I did not treat the client in anyway badly and I did not ignore his request to be installed, a team did assist him.

I feel very threatened and I feel the need to report such threats within my rights and if need be a restraining order. I am a woman and a mother and the threats and ****** comments are very concerning.
