Incorrect size delivered

“Hello Peter”, this is not customer service, this is customer ******ion.

I placed my order online and ticked all the boxes you created in order for you to simplify your own convenience for selling your products, yet you failed at understanding my specifics on a system that you created for your own business pleasure.

You either send me my full refund or exchange the product that meets my requirements as per my order, that you messed up.

I am honestly not going to be liable for shipping costs as that should have been covered in my original order.

And again let me remind you, AN ORDER THAT YOU MESSED UP!!
