Incorrect size delivered
“Hello Peter”, this is not customer service, this is customer ******ion. I placed my order online and ticked all the boxes you created in order for you to simplify your own convenience for selling your products, yet you failed at understanding my specifics on a system that you created for your own business pleasure. You either send me my full refund or exchange the product that meets my requirements as per my order, that you messed up. I am honestly not going to be liable for shipping costs as that should have been covered in my original order. And again let me remind you, AN ORDER THAT YOU MESSED UP!! Insincerely Yours Unsatisfied.

Bad service
The service is extremely bad I ordered a pair of sneakers on the 1st of December, they sent an email on the 15th of December telling me that they don’t have the sneaker or something like that, I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and the status of my order is still not changing and there’s still no refund. Do not order online it’s horrible

Bad service
The service is extremely bad I ordered a pair of sneakers on the 1st of December, they sent an email on the 15th of December telling me that they don’t have the sneaker or something like that, I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and the status of my order is still not changing and there’s still no refund. Do not order online it’s horrible

Bad service and bad attitude
I’m not happy with the service I’m receiving from hydraulics store online, ordered shoes on the 11th of December and today I called in on the online number but the lady by the Name of Annah refused to assist me when I requested a change of address since they said the shoes are not yet even packaged…I informed her as to the reasons I need my shoes I will be travelling and if they have to deliver I won’t be home .she refused and told me I should speak to courier guy when the shoes are not even yet with courier guy. My request was simple to deliver the shoes at the nearest shop and I will pic them up anywhere in PTA or JHB
