So disappointed, I want my money

I bought 2 tickets for the event that was meant to take place on the 27 September, it was however canceled via email and we were told the refund process will take about a month, it’s almost 2 months now and no word from them, I have sent them numerous emails but not even a single reply, and they don’t even have a number you can reach them on, this is so unprofessional, it’s bad enough that the event didn’t happen but what about our money and I bet they won’t even reply on this
