Modelane Long Table Refund
Bought two tickets last year (2025) in August. Event was cancelled and refunds promised. It is now May 2026 and nothing has been received. No feedback from them and the emails are bouncing back. I see that their Instagram is either deleted or we have since been locked out of their page. Was this all a ****?

Modelane Long Table Refund

Modelane Long Table, cancelled event yet no refund!!!!
We bought 9 tickets @ R750 a piece for the event that was meant to take place in September 2025. They promised to refund everyone by October and then November however we have still not been refunded. We are now in April of 2026 and they do not communicate and have since stopped their website

Modelane long table
I have never been so disappointed and confused like this. You sell your followers a dream on Instagram regarding an event and we take out our hard earned money to support you as a business then you decide with no valid reason you tell us that you cancelling the event and we will be refunded but til to date some of us are in the dark, our funds are not back & we’ve been sending emails with no Joy. Clearly funds have been used for self pleasure because why would I wait for over 5 months for a Refund. Not to mention that they disappeared on Instagram as if they were never there.

REFUND ME MY MONEY MODELANE LONG TABLE

Hi I have been requesting for an update on a refund for an event that was supposed to take place September 2025. I have sent numerous emails for an update with no feedback. No telephone number to contact, they no longer active on Instagram, what a disgrace.

I purchased 2 tickets @ R750 each for the Modelane Long Table event that was supposed to take place 27 September 2025. On 12 September 2025 I was notified via email that the event had been cancelled. The organizers said they would issue a full refund, but I have not received any further communication since then. I’ve tried to follow up by email with no response,instead now emails bounce back. It has been four months since they cancelled and there's been zero communication from them other than the cancellation email. I am so upset and disappointed.

Modelane Long Table ****
Booked for a dining experience in September however the event did not take place ; to date, no refund was processed despite various follow ups. A complete ****!!!!!! No cellphone number to contact!
