Modelane Long Table Refund

Bought two tickets last year (2025) in August. Event was cancelled and refunds promised. It is now May 2026 and nothing has been received. No feedback from them and the emails are bouncing back. I see that their Instagram is either deleted or we have since been locked out of their page. Was this all a ****?
