Modelane Long Table A ****

We bought tickets for an event called The Modelane Long Table which was cancelled. We are still waiting or our refunds and have subsequently reported the transaction as *****. They have not been in communication with us and we would like our refund ASAP. We bought 10 tickets for R750 each, why did they not refund us when they realized that the event would not take place, or even take our money when they knew the event would not be taking place.
