Modelane Long Table

I bought 3 tickets for this dinner experience with Modelane Long Table, a week later they announced that the event has been cancelled and that everyone who bought tickets will be fully refunded. Since then I have sent them 2 emails enquiring about the refund and they have not responded. It has been almost a month since they cancelled and there's been zero communication from them other than the cancellation email. This feels a lot like a **** at this point. I have reported the transaction as *****ulent to my bank. I hope to get my money back, this was supposed to be a birthday celebration, I'm so disappointed and frustrated that they're ignoring my emails.
