Disappointed and Upset

I'm very disappointed. I received an email that the even on the 28th of September 2025 has been cancelled due to some reasons. The email states that there will be a refund. I'd bought 2 tickets of R750 each. I've sent them an email with proof of payment following up on my refund. I haven't received my money back nor a reply to my email. I find this very upsetting and I also feel like this a ****. I want my R1500 back.
