Disappointed and Angry

I purchased three tickets for the Modelane Long Table event and was later notified via email that the event had been cancelled. The organizers said they would issue a refund, but I have not received any further communication since then.

I’ve tried to follow up by email with no response. When I went to look for a contact number or other way to reach them, I noticed their website is now down, which raises serious concerns about their reliability and transparency.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would urge anyone considering purchasing from Modelane Long Table to be cautious until they resolve their communication and refund issues.
