Cancelled event - no refund

I purchased 6 tickets @ R750 each for the Modelane Long Table event that was supposed to take place 27 September 2025. On 12 September 2025 I was notified via email that the event had been cancelled. The organizers said they would issue a full refund, but I have not received any further communication since then.

I’ve tried to follow up by email with no response. I have also reported them to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud because this is unacceptable now. I've given enough grace to get my refund back
