Terrible Customer Service

<p>I have been dealing with this company since June 2016 and havent had ONE good experience with them. After having to reverse debit orders deducted ********ly by them EVERY month, and trying to get hold of the company to rectify the problem I have only had once someone phone to say they will look into the problem. Well it has been over a month and I have heard nothing back AND now my internet isnt working because the company has not given me their account details where I can pay my monthly contract. </p>
