shocking service

<p>I got a call from a mobius agent in April offering a 1gb for R99 which I accept the device was delivered in 2 days the day after delivery I call for cancellation the agency Carmen promised it will be cancelled and collected indeed they collected it and took the cancellation feel as stated in they t's and C's . To my suprise my account has been debit ever month since I've called countless times to request cancellation they say it been cancelled yet continue to debit my account am beyond upset and very ready to take legal action as this is affecting my bank account negatively .</p> <p> </p>
