Shocking Service
<p>Got a call from a guy at möbius with a good deal on data for my phone which I then took, he said I would be getting an email and a sms to verify my account and so.</p> <p>The only sms I got was with a company named rescuebox and that was never mentioned to me, I phone to confirm and to see were the mails are but yet nothing came through. 2 weeks later I get an sms saying that all has been canceled due to me not following the sms. Also now see that my account was debited from rescuebox and they also cancelled everything (so why debit my account).</p> <p>Im very disappointed in this as they riding on the back of Vodacom and all big networks as they say but yet have a **** service. I will never refer anyone to this company and will be getting hold of Vodacom aswell. </p>

As of date im still waiting for one of your members to phone me with regards to my issue.
I phoned as well and the lady I spoke to said they will need to get the recording to understand what has happend, This was also 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything on this, or have a been refunded the money that was taken out my account.
Will wait to hear back..
