No Customer Service at all and rude too

<p>I phoned Mobius today. The first 3 calls, they just hanged up after I could hear people talking in the back ground. The fourth time a lady picked up and was very rude. I asked her to who I am speaking and she just responded: "We are offline, call back tomorrow". They must learn how to handle a customer and what is good service. Thank goodness I had this experience before I joined them. Remember, bad service go word of mouth.</p>
