Mobius: Pay back the (******) money

<p>In April Mobius contacted me with this brilliant offer to get WiFi and a rooter for R99 per month. I received the rooter on the 5th of May AND IT IS STILL NOT WORKING, 2 July 2016. I've made endless telephone calls and even wrote e-mails to get them to collect their rooter and void the contract.</p> <p>When I speak to them they lie effortlesly and make empty promises, they must be quite use to doing this as they do it very convincingly. However, they continue to deduct over R200 monthly from my account (what happened to R99/month??!!) for something that is not working, for something that they promise they'll collect, that they never do.</p> <p>After all this money they deducted, they also want to charge me a cancellation fee. It seems they make their money from doing this to quite a few people.</p> <p>I'm a pensioner, and feels that they targeted me because I was easy pray.</p> <p>Stay away from mobius, they are ******* and liers, two of the worste qualities any person can have, short of ******ers.</p>
