i am being over charged

Please Assist, An agent from Mobius called me in January telling me about their nice Offer (Sim 500 MB Data and WiFi router) for only R59 x24 and free delivery to my place, that seemed nice, the Sales Agent told me about the Rescue box-R39.00 and Hot-spotter-R49.00 i told her i dont want it i only want the deal of R59.00 thats what i can afford, the package was delivered and they activated the line for me, when i connect the internet is so slow i cannot do anything online i gave up on it, on the first installment when they deduct i see three deduction: R59-Mobius, R39.00-Hotspotter and R49.00-Rescue Box, i call mobius and told them why are they deducting the money we didn't agree on, they told me that they have cancelled the two deals, second month they deducted the money for three deals again i called they told me that they are sorry they will refund me and on their systems it shows that the deals where cancelled, now its much and they deducted the money for three deals again, Their internet is so slow i never used it and they are busy taking my money, i am not happy with their service at all, i want to cancel the whole deal, let them send the courier to collect their package..
