From bad to worst!!!

Hi agreed to an installment of R49.00 for 300mg data stick. My first installment was deducted over the weekend and they took R791.00 off my account. When I phone and asked were the HELL this amount come from, she advised me I have a data limit off R700. I told her that was never discussed with me. Even on a second occasion when i phoned in and to ask if I could top up on the data stick did the tell me "NO mam, 300mg is all you get" I have phone in numinous times to spreak to a manager, needless to say no one ever phones back. I will make sure I report them on every and any network and regular. I will even log a complaint at the NCR if I have to. HORRIBLE serves. Let wait and see if they actually get the recording. Would like to see what they have to say then.
