*******ly taking money

Mobitalk has repeatedly ignored my cancelling of a LTE device they sold to me stating it would work in my area. Now I receive a bill from Telekom for a device I do not use and they Mobitalk have taken R150 *******ly off my account without my permission. They have said over and over the courier is coming to fetch the device it has been two months. This has gone on for too long. Your sevice is shocking, you sell products that don't work and you allow your sales people to *******ly get commissions floor a cancelled sale. Please stop the account with Telkom and don't make it my problem this is your mess.
