Don't waste your time this is a ****.
This is the worst business I have ever seen, and that is the most charitable label I can call it, the more accurate description would be a ****. Their *** doesn't work, the sales agents lie about the first month being free and when you actually call in and ask for clarification they hang up in your face. The worst organisation to have your name and bank details attached to. They never even contacted me for the sole purpose I reached out to them which was for a loan.

Return my money and cancel the policy number
This Pretty Mvumbi on text im a female of 27 years old I app**** for a phone at telkom an iphone actually then the agent from mobisos told me that in order to get a phone i also have to get the simcard for data and if I like the simcard ill continue with it then if im not I can cancel so agreed to the process then unfortunately I got declined for the phone meaning I can no longer get the simcard so the agent did not cancel the simcard debit order and its been deducting on my account while I dont have any simcard nor phone with me I did try to call the call center but they say they dont see anything they reference me then abandon the call everytime I call them can you kindly please assist they have been deducting R159 for 2 months now

Mobisos
I had a very frustrating day trying to get in contact with Mobisos. On August 26, at 18:02 I was charged R159, it was unauthorized and I had, and have no business with them. I didn't even know they services, and I'm not interested. I tried calling, the last agent I was connected to - dropped my call whilst t I was speaking, her name is Mbali. I want to cancel whatever that is under my name and be reimbursed my R159. The email address isn't working, nobody is responding. I'm very mad, worse Capitec said there's nothing they can do about it. I need to dispute the charge with Mobisos.
