THIS COMPANY IS A ****
They have been debiting my account since last year, and I have no loan with them they said sorry you were mislead and everytime I stop this at the bank the next month its back with a different reference. The lady is rude saying whose fault is it if you were mislead. They said to cancel I need to send a cancellation letter, and everytime I wait and they never cancel the account but continue to debit my account. I dont know how many cancellation letters I have sent to this place. This is not a company ,

You were advised of our written cancellation procedure and refused to put a cancellation request in writing where after our consultant informed you that your account cannot be cancelled should we not receive a written request.
