Will never take a product/ service from Telkom

Extremely unhappy with Telkoms service, I canceled my contract in Jan 2021 of which I understand the billing process but since then my installment went up without any reason, when calling in again to ask why I am still getting billed I was informed that it was a false cancelation to follow that when canceling the contract again I was told I will be credited with the amount due to me just to be debited again. This is the most bs service Ive ever gotten. Bulls...ing a client around like this and just increasing an installment is utter ****
