Wi-fi and Telkom. Shocking service

A woman called Shazia Hoosin from mobile talk/t connect/Telekom called us and offered Wi-fi services to us 150 GB per month for 599. We asked many questions regarding this and she assured us that we were getting this NOT for business but for home use. They delivered the router on Monday 11 Feb and said it would take 72 hours to be activated. On Friday 15 Feb we still could not connect, and when phoning the company, in the first place no-one knew Shazia Hoosin and we were then told but this is for business use. In the meantime 3 other companies were turned down as “we now had Wi-fi with Telkom “ shocking after sales service. Not a bother to try and sort it out. Unfriendly telephone staff. Terrible sales ethics.
