Want to cancel, impossible to get a hold of

<p>I was sold a 10GB LTE device from a telephonic sales agent. After a few days I decided to cancel and phoned the number provided. A different sales consultant could not find me on the system after providing my ID, telephone number etc and assured me no monies would be deducted from my account and no device issued.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few days ago the couriers arrived with the LTE modem but I did not accept it and sent it back. I now also noticed that two amounts were deducted from my account by a company called Audible, I can only assume this is Mobile Talk. </p> <p> </p> <p>I do not want this deal, please contact me urgently to cancel this and refund the monies, I took a photo of the package that the couriers brought with the order number, so I definitely have to be on the system</p>
