Very very bad situation

I am surprised when I'm checking my credit score and find an account that we have dealt with on 2018 via hellopeter and they promised me that they have closed the account, the reason was that I was outside the country for four years and then wen I Co. E back I received a call from Telkom telling me that I'm owing but I was paying my account that surprised me it shows me that des a ********** activity going on in this account.
