Venette Naidoo conned me big time

Can SOMEONE just contact me on ***. To make a long story short, you people are a bunch of *****s. I want my flippen money back that you've been deducting for more than three months for something Im not using, I returned the unopened modem to the Telkom store I never used it, never registered it. I currently have a land line but I was told by Venette Naidoo that I can pay R100 less for the same service plus more which turned out a blatant lie. I am now paying two Telkom account, which I assume goes to Venette Naidoo's incentive every month, for conning me? I want my money back you lying, conniving *****. I phoned in many times and was never given a reference number but when I asked for one I was told the calls were logged! I asked them to take out the tapes of the conversation and was referred to different departments everytime.I eventually went to the Telkom shop and a case was logged and I got a case number, up until today I have not been contacted. I went to that Telkom shop again and the staff member checked the case number and told me there was no response on the case!! Please note I am not paying any admin fees for you to cancel your ****, I want all my money back!<br> <br>
