Useless services, ******* selling lies

<p>I recieved a call form Zinhle Zungu EE 10399 in Mobile Talk, she offered me a wifi router i accepted but i was sent a tablet, i retured it and cancelled the contract, they confirmed cancellation on the phone and with an sms and they debited a calleation fee which i dont mind, after a month they debited R 342.06 i called and spoke to Ryan Peterson on th 01/09/2016 who said they will refund me in 5 days but month later i have not recieved a refund, i called agan and spoek to Boitumelo Nkoane who could not assist me i demanded to speak to her boss she gave the phone to Karabo Tshabe who promised me that they will call me in 2 days that was on the 13/09/2016 but to date i have not recieved any call or refund. I emailed Boitumelo twice asking for a follow up she as not responded. </p>
