Useless Service LTE

<p>This company is absolutely usless in all aspects. Firstly the sales consultant **** to us when he sold us the LTE service. Promised us that he guarantees that there is LTE service at our house despite me pointing out that we are on the boundary of the network coverage. When the router arrived we did not have LTE reception!! Trying to solve this issue for weeks now! Eventually I got hold of somebody that helped me and said the order and contract will be cancelled and that a confirmation mail will be send. No mail! They collected the router two days later. Next thing we get notification from Telkom that we are in arrears. Still trying to sort this out and speaking to one useless operator after the other!! Pathetic service!</p>
