useless provider- Mobile Talk is *******

<p>I was called by a telemarketer about a LTE unlimited line which I took on in August. The internet worked for about a week after which it stopped working.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called them numerous times, opened 3 cases of which the last one was on the 27 September. No one has gotten back to me eventhough they claim to have a turn around time of 2-7 days. I have been waiting for 12 working days now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried calling them on the 8th day and after speaking to 3 call centre agents, no one could help me. I asked to speak to the manager who was apparently busy and would call me back but 5 days later and I havent been called back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not had a working LTE line for almost 2 months.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom needs to find a better direct seller because Mobile talk is *******, utter *******!</p>
