Useless DO NOT use this service

<p>ln November last year I was sold a service by Mobile Talk through Telkom, I agreede to the service on one condition that I would get an uncapped wifi. The consultant insured me that as soon as I received the wireless router and activated I could upgrade to the uncapped option, for R799. He also told me I would receive a sms and email with the order no. and details of the contact, nothing was sent to me however a week later I received my router, I phoned to activate and upgrade to uncapped, they said I should contact the upgrade department once I was activated which I did and that's when my battle with them started, I was first told I had to wait 3 months to upgrade to the uncapped option, after explaining what the sales consultant sold to me they said they said they would escalate my upgrade and would contact me back, no response, from November till today I have contacted them on a weekly basis I have been given so many excuses from they will upgrade to we don't offer uncapped anymore, they have on numerous occasions just ended the call and everytime I do get through after being transferred from one person to another, they promise me they will get back to me. .... and NOT ONCE from when the order was placed have I received any correspondence what so ever. I work from home as does my daughter and need a reliable connection, we are no sitting without wifi as we are out of bundle. I have in turn cancelled my contract with Telkom as the service from Mobile Talk was through Telkom as the consultant explained it to me. The service that was promised is definitely not what I received. AND THE RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT IS PROBABLY GOING TO BE..... WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WE'LL CONTACT YOU SHORTLY. .... which is a blatant lie as they do not get back to you at all</p>
