Useless and pathetic service

I have been struggling with Telkom, each time I buy data via bank app, its never allocated. So far I have lost 5Gb x3 since last year, every time I try to contact their call centre to query this I get no joy, no one is there. Instead the send these stupid links you must click "using data you don't have yet", and they lead no where. Can someone tell me, is anyone working at their call centre? Do they actually help their customers or im just an unfortunate candidate? Im very irate, I left Vodacom because of their ***** now im on one of the useless networks I ever used in my life, their service stinks and they could careless about their customers.
