Useless

Received call for a package beginning January ,took package told will receive package in 7 to 10 days <br> <br> Called from warehouse spoke to them and asked if they would call me on my phone no problem needles to say that never took place some ******** excuse i was not contactable...blatant lie my phone is on 24 hours a day,so we call back to find to our dismay that the order was cancelled they then re instate ..i request the same as above and delivery by last week Tuesday guess what still no package debit off account and another useless interaction with call center agents telling me that it is in vetting..all i wanted was to speak to a manager told possibly will get back top me in 24 to 48 hours wow another useless service clearly this company has no ****ing clue when it comes to customer service or how to deal with problems RTFM you ****s on service and delivery.
