Unpleasant service

I am extremely very unhappy with the service that I received from the Standerton branch. The staff was very unfriendly and could not assist me with what I wanted. I went onto the website and done the exact same thing that they could not assist me with in the store. Very unprofessional of staff members to turn away customers who actually wants to support the company.
