Unhelpful and Telkom is holding South Africa ransom

Dear Sir/Madam *** can't send e-mails, it rather says updated in instead of sending it. I have been able to send it from that particular e-mail address. The next it was sending.

I have made six phone calls to Telkom and have not been assisted. Please I am asking you to help me. Because Telkom must give me a reffence number and they never did.

Telkom rather played games with me that was for the technical department. Please help me.
