UNHAPPY NEW CUSTOMER !!

I app**** for a cellphone contract through Telkom. Initially I was told that the contract application has go into a referral state. It has been more than 6 weeks and still no response from Telkom. This has now become an inconvenience for me because I cannot make alternative arrangements to get a cellphone until I get a response from Telkom. I have never used Telkom before and decided to give them chance. I will not recommend Telkom!!!!
