Unhappy customer

Would not advice anyone to except any contract or deal sold by any of the consultants, delivering service worse than the politicians of our country, they are a bunch of *****, contract sold under false pretenses, unable to contact them as calls get cut constantly or when answered get told you in the wrong department and get pushed around, presently waiting for an investigation to happen which I find strange that it takes so long due to all calls been recorded, was sold uncapped WiFi at R599 per month only to receive and its a business package and WiFi gets paused after business hours, why would I who does not own or have a business take such a deal, Salesman never mentioned that part,like I said, they lie,. Presently waiting for contract to be canceled, but from previous reviews I see people have had problems similar to mine, this should not be a cost to us who are falsely been approached, if any money taken off my account, I am willing to go to court, if there is anyone facing similar problems justice needs to be done and they need to pay.
