Unfairly charged on telkom calls

I am currently on Telkom free me contract since last month March when I load airtime Telkom charges me for Telkom to Telkom calls which is meant to be free because of my contract type, I have to now buy airtime every second day this is a true frustration and I feel ill treated as my account is always up to date.

I have been calling their provided call center number for the lockdown season and left a email and call me back request till to date no one has gotten back to me.
