Unauthorized debit order

I've canceled my Telekom contract account for two cell phones bought from this service provider and one of the cell phones got lost, and was reported 3years back

Now I am shocked by deductions taking place in my account of R100 every month when I called telkom Custer care I was told to ask my bank to cancel the debit order that was done but Telkom keeps on deducting money from my account for 1GB top up deal data used by who? Because number *** was reported missing and ****** 2-3years back.

Telkom company is ********** there is no any other description for this act.

I want my refunds and debit order to be stopped immediately!
