unauthorized debit

I app**** for a router through a sales person,i got sms that it will be delivered within 7 working days,i waited until i get my salary to my surprise i saw adebit order from mobile talk,i was surprised because i didn't get a router ,i thought maybe ill get it after my first payment,second the debit went off ,that's when i enquired ,i was told that my application was unsuccessful and the debit was for showman,i was surprised because i ordered a wifi router only,even today no refund from my side
