UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS FOR SINCE 2011

Discovered that Mobile Talk has been debiting my bank account with 3 amounts since 2011. My bank told me it was Elite Mobile and when I called the number I was told it is Mobile Talk!<br> I remember asking this to be cancelled, but the cancellation was never processed!!! HAVE NO IDEA what service they provided!!! I am a VODACOM prepaid customer. Please tell me what action I can take to get my money back ?? It amounts to over R 4,000(four thousand Rand) Please, please someone help!!
