⭐ The worst experience I have ever had with a company

I-Talk is, without a doubt, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. They lure customers into signing up for deals, only for you to later discover that the information provided was misleading.

In my case, I was shocked to learn from MTN that the deal I was sold had actually been discontinued years ago. Despite this, I-Talk continues to operate and sell these packages without providing customers with accurate and transparent information.

To make matters worse, I was informed that there is no contract loaded on my profile, and I have not even received confirmation of a debit order date. I was promised a call today to resolve the matter, but once again, no call was received.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I feel misled and completely let down as a customer. I would strongly advise potential customers to carefully verify all information directly with the network provider before signing any agreement with I-Talk
