They sold me a wifi router over the foun and when I received it , it was not working. Sending it back was a mission , it was a process . Eventually they canceled the contract but they didn't cancel the debit order . You won't belive they still take my money even today and I keep reversing the debit order. When I called them , I was told they will escalate the matter . Escalate what matter because I no longer have a contract with these people.. my advise to everyone, becareful when you make a deal telephonically
