Theft by false pretenses

Hi , I have made a online order on Black Friday deal for a IPHONE 11 64 Gig . My application was successfull. Telkom debited my account and promised to courier the phone, however it’s gone over a week with no phone but took my money. Phoned in to follow up the order spoke to several consultants. Each one giving different stories. I then asked to speak to a manager. No managers were available. These people are bunch of *****, ***********. They all get fired . I still didn’t receive the phone
