The worst

Mobile Talk is the worst, no communication company ever. I took a cellphone contract with them December 2019. Since then they have been debiting my account more than they should take and if you call them, you won't reach them. I have tried sending emails to at least get my balance but still no replies.

From 3 months they didnt debit my account and still I tried sending emails since Lockdown I didnt reach them via telephone but still no luck. Today I wake up to a debit order of R1 500. Please can I get my outstanding balance so that I can pay it and leave you guys alone
