THABANG

hi i'm Thabang i upgraded in July for P40 lite Huawei with R 369 contract so was helped by a consultant at woodlands telkom store and it was then OK think my contract was fixed top up but to my surprise 22 august the bill was R1112.12 . so went to the store to find out and it was the day after i received the bill they said it was not capped so they will cap it for me , so i'm thinking somebody didn't do his/her proper work and i'm supposed to pay the amount which was not part of the contract. VERY ANGRY PERSON ABOUT TELKOM SERVICES. AND i went to a different store at the grove so the consultant told me it was an old contract that was charging extra amount so i very confused about the contradiction.
